14-hour slow roasted Middle White Pork served on a soft floured muffin with apple sauce, sage and onion stuffing, trivet gravy, triple cooked chips, apple and seed mustard coleslaw, vine tomato and mozzarella salad, and mixed leaf salad with balsamic dressing.

Choose one: 6-hour braised shoulder of Middle White Pork or 8-hour braised brisket of Hereford Beef, served on a soft floured muffin with trivet gravy, house fries, apple and red cabbage slaw, vine tomato and cucumber salad with pickled pink onions, and dressed leaves.
